Potty Training

Who knew potty training could be so cute? We are still in the process of potty training Zakary. Sometimes he does really well and goes by himself...other times he takes off and hides when he needs to go. However when he does use the potty successfully he gets a treat. "Mom, Dad I poop potty!" and flushes the toilet saying "bye-bye poo!" with such excitement. So today the cat uses his litter box/"potty" and Zak got so excited and said "Kitty poop in kitty potty.......cat treat!" and grabbed the kitty some treats....he is so adorable.

Las Vegas

We took a trip to Las Vegas and Mesquite. When in Vegas there isn't much to do with kids so we decided to go and watch the shows on the strip. We went to Treasure Island to watch the Pirate show. Oh boy have that changed that. It is no longer pirates, they are Sirens (basically a nice way to say girls in their underwear singing and dancing on the pirate ship). So we are watching the show and they come out I was all Dad we should leave Zak should not see this. But he wanted to stay and see the Pirates blow up the sirens. After the show Zak kept saying something I did not quite understand. After much talking and listening we found out he was saying "sexy ladies". Not sure were he picked that up. Then a few days later we were watching the Volcano at the Mirage. The volcano started going off and Zak was all this boring I want to watch sexy ladies. Oh my gosh I've corrupted my little boy. While there we took the boys to FOA Schwartz. I don't know who had more Fun the boys or their Dad. We also went to Hoover Damn. Zak kept saying he wanted to jump into the water from the top of the dam We had to hold on to him really tight. Here are a few photos from our trip. I hope you enjoy.

Decorating the tree

Zak helped decorate the Christmas tree. He decorated his small tree for his room and then helped mom with the tree in the living room. He loved to put 2 of the same color bulbs right next to each other and drove mom nuts.

Christmas Gift

Photobucket

We decided to get Zak the Wall-e movie for Christmas. He happened to find it in the sack and came up to me with his big eyes and said "ma i want walleeeeee peese", in his sweet innocent voice. Since I am a sucker to his big puppy dog eyes and his very cute manners I had to say yes. So now we are one Christmas present short.

Two Cute

I love dressing my boys in matching outfits. These two are so adorable. I just had to take their picture. Zak loves holding his baby brother and Kody loves his big brother holding him. Get excited we are getting ready for Christmas.

Church Ball

Dustin decided to play church ball this year. It was fun to go out and watch him play. Zak waited so patiently until he could go and throw his ball at the half. At the very end Zak and all the other kids ran around and had fun.

What a Mess!

Who new that packaging peanuts were so much fun, or messy. Zak not only loved playing in the box but he also loved throwing all the peanuts around the house. These Styrofoam peanuts were almost impossible to pick up. Oh boy what a mess!

Milestones.

Lilypie 1st Birthday Ticker

So I'm gonna brag about my little guy a little. Today he is 4 months, 3 weeks and 2 days old. Last night he pulled himself up into a sitting position from laying back. Yeah!!! Can you believe that he is only 4 months old and wants to already get up and play with Zak. He is getting so big. He also learned how to make raspberries. Now he is making them everywhere and at everyone. It is so cute. I can't believe my baby is already 4 months. He is growing like a weed. He wants to be like is big brother Zakary so much. He keeps trying to play with him and toss him the ball or push him a car. Pretty soon they will be outside running and playing tag.

Child For Sale

Ok so I'm putting Zak up for sale to the highest bidder. Yesterday he took off when we were at the mall. I was pushing Kody in his stroller and Zak took off running. I had to give Kody to my sister and chase after him. Well I got half way down the mall and lost him. A lady was nice enough to let me know that he had ran into JCPenny. I went in there but could not find him anywere. I started panicking. One of the workers asked if everything was Ok. I told her no that I could not find my son. She hopped on the phone and called security. Within seconds the stores were closed down and they had guards at every door not letting any one in or out. It took about 30 minutes to find him after he took off. He had decided to play hide and go seek. He hid in between a shelf on the wall that had levi's and covered himself with them. ARGH!!!! Way to scare his mom. At least the mall was on top of closing off the doors so no one could take off with him. Way to go South Town on your security system. So If anyone is intrested in a little boy that doesnt listen and runs away let me know. ;)

I love taking pictures for no reason other then to just have a silly picture. This is one of those occasions. I was playing around with the camera and caught Kody in a funny pose. He has the biggest bug eyes in this photo. This is definently one for the scrap book.

Don't they make the Best Toy Story? Woody and BuzzLightyear. This picture was so hard to take. Zak did not want to sit on the bench or smile. It took over 3 hours to get this shot.
Look! Kody is sitting up all by himself. Just barely 4 months old, this is a great milestone.

Playing in the leaves

Zak disappeared into my grandma' backyard. We thought he was just playing around with a ball. When I went to check on him he was running around in the leaves. He was picking them up and throwing them over his head. Then he would run and jump into them.

Baby Ewww

Zakary hates spiders. When he sees them he yells "Eww Eww". He calls bugs and spiders "ewws". Well Dustin and I call Kody our little Kody Bug. The other night Zakary started calling Kody his baby eww. Now isn't that just to cute!

Toy Story Hallowen

This year for Halloween I was determined not to sew our Halloween costumes. I ordered Dustin's, Kody's, and Zak's costume online and ended up making mine. Zak's costume came and it was adorable. Then Kody's and Dustin's costume came and they were both to small. So once again last minute I was sewing costumes. It was well worth it in the end. We made an adorable Toy Story. Zak loved trick-or-treating. He would run up to each of the houses turn on his costume and then say trick treat.
